Our Story
Step off Laugavegur into somewhere unexpected: volcanic stone walls, Moroccan floor tiles, and a warm red glow — and then a plate of the fluffiest Japanese soufflé pancakes you've ever seen.
Everything is made fresh, by hand. Andrea imports his pistachio directly from Italy. The chocolate is rich, the cream is real, and the pancakes are always made to order — because shortcuts show.
